In order to streamline the grievances redressal mechanism for ICCR-sponsored foreign students, a Helpline email id: studenthelpline.iccr@gov.in has been created by the ICCR. This Helpline is exclusively meant for students who wish to apply under various ICCR scholarship schemes. The current students and the alumni are also advised to use this Helpline email to get help from the ICCR
